Hi everyone, welcome back!
Just a quick one! So, it’s my birthday this week (wish me!) and I found myself checking out articles online about birthdays, personalities and stuff.
I am apparently classified as a Scorpio based on zodiac signs and there was a whole bunch of materials online iterating characteristics that I should have because of that classification. Surprisingly, most were actually relatable.
Do I believe in zodiac signs though? Hmm, not sure yet, what do you think?
Moving on, since researchers have some way of classifying personalities with birth months, I thought what about health status? Here are a couple of amazing yet shocking things I found out!

The first thing that stuck out to me was this infographic by Pristyn Care depicting birth months and their related diseases. I am October born and let’s just say, I was not pleased to see this. There were even more disturbing things on the site! Check it out here
I had to admit that the research was great to me and if it turns out to have much more backing, family planning would shift from how many kids to when to have kids.
What’s your birth-month and what did you get?

Interestingly, data scientists in the Columbian University have created studies showing correlations between some heart diseases and birth months and iterated that the possible cause could be the amount of exposure to Vitamin D during pregnancy and early infancy leading to variety in health outcomes.
For instance, a child born in winter could have less vitamin D levels, leading to increased blood pressure and high cholesterol which are causatives of cardiovascular diseases.
This study can be found in the Journal of American Medical Informatics Association.
Crazy stuff!

Good at football? Some studies suggest that the season in which a baby is born can also affect their athletic skills. For instance, autumn babies (November) tend to be more prosperous in sports and fitness than summer babies (August).
This study can be found in the Internal Journal of Sports Medicine.

Mind you. Dear reader, it is important to note that research centered on birth months and associated health benefits/risks is still not universally accepted yet and a lot of other factors could easily contribute to the reasons for these diseases.
So don’t give up on football or swimming and there is no need to check out your BP just yet.
You and I are absolutely fine (most probably) and this is just an interesting bit of unlikely research from yours truly!
Thank you so much for reading thus far, you are definitely a part of happier birthday for me by being here and I would love for you to like, comment and share this bit of research for me as a birthday treat to me.
Have a great week!
Happy birth Dr. Jojo! keep up the good works 🥲❤️ but i totally disagree with mine I don’t think zodiac signs has anything to do with possible health problems for each month🥲
Happy birthday once again Joanna, it was a good read even though my month got the worst issues but I disagree with it cause I hardly fall sick 😌😌.
